How to upgrade a hardware locked license
It is very important you read through all the text on this page thoroughly.

Either of these reasons are valid for a license upgrade:

  • You are upgrading from an older version of PS 2005 to a newer - at least 05.09.11. (New license file format)
  • You have changed your hardware in such a way that the Hardware ID (HID) no longer match your original.
When upgrading please note the following:
  1. The Hardware ID of a computer can be found by running the program FindHardwareID.exe (130Kb)

    After running FindHardwareId.exe please use Ctrl+V to copy the Hardware ID into the field below.
  2. If you have changed email address, please specify both your new email address and the original information so we can match your license.
  3. If you have purchased more than one product from Alien Connections we will upgrade all your licenses at the same time.

You must unconditionally enter all fields below. You will not be contacted by us, and your privacy is protected. Nevertheless, please enter valid information.

The entered information will be proof-read manually by us, so if you are unsure about any data or mistakenly enter wrong information, we will gladly help you out.

To complete this request we must have your old license on file. Please do not complete this form if you do not have a hardware locked license. You should verify that the old license is in fact not working with the latest version of the program.
